About International Youth Initiative

International Youth Initiative (“IYI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides youth-focused information, programs, mentoring opportunities, community initiatives, fundraising activities, and merchandise.

Information about our organization, programs, products, and services may be updated periodically.

Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website

• Interfere with the website’s security or operation

Merchandise orders

Merchandise descriptions, photographs, prices, sizes, colors, and availability are displayed as accurately as reasonably possible. Actual colors may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and manufacturing differences.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order because of:

• Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other required charges will be disclosed before payment is completed.

Merchandise payments may be processed securely through Clover or another authorized payment processor. Donations may be processed through Zeffy or another authorized fundraising platform.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, payment, and contact information.

Shipping and delivery

International Youth Initiative currently ships merchandise only within the United States.

Processing and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed when delays result from carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

Merchandise returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

Customers should review that policy before completing a purchase.

Donations

Donations are generally voluntary and non-refundable. Requests involving accidental or duplicate donations will be reviewed individually.

Purchasing merchandise is not the same as making a donation. The purchase price represents payment for the merchandise identified during checkout, even when proceeds support International Youth Initiative programs.

International Youth Initiative does not guarantee that every payment or donation will qualify for a tax deduction. Donors should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual circumstances.

Programs, mentoring, and events

Submitting a form or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance into a program, mentoring relationship, volunteer opportunity, event, or partnership.

Separate applications, eligibility requirements, permissions, releases, background checks, parental or guardian consent, or program rules may apply.

Program schedules, locations, eligibility requirements, and availability may change when reasonably necessary.

Promotions, discounts, and special offers

International Youth Initiative may occasionally offer discounts, fundraising promotions, giveaways, or special offers.

The specific terms of any restricted promotion will be displayed with the offer and may include:

• Beginning and ending dates

• Eligibility requirements

• Age requirements

• Geographic restrictions

• Included or excluded products
