About Elijah
Elijah Perine is an entrepreneur and business leader who brings experience in operations, marketing, and business development to the International Youth Initiative. He earned his Master’s degree in Business from the University of Sioux Falls (USF) and has applied his education toward building successful business ventures.
Elijah is the founder of M&P Concrete Coatings, a company that has been serving residential and commercial customers for the past three years. Through building and operating his business, he has developed strong experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, customer service, and strategic growth.
As a member of the International Youth Initiative leadership team, Elijah is passionate about helping young people understand the value of entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and personal responsibility. He is committed to mentoring youth and helping them develop the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to pursue meaningful opportunities and build successful futures.
