International Youth Initiative currently ships merchandise only to addresses within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed during holidays, fundraising campaigns, or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.

Shipping charges, when applicable, will be clearly displayed before the customer completes payment. Delivery times vary based on the customer’s location, the shipping carrier, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. International Youth Initiative is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. International Youth Initiative cannot guarantee an exact delivery date after a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Customers should contact International Youth Initiative promptly if an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or has not arrived within a reasonable period. Please include the customer’s name, order information, and a description of the issue.
