Ted McDaniel brings a diverse background in business, financial markets, and real-world leadership to the International Youth Initiative. With over 14 years of experience in the transportation industry, more than 20 years studying and participating in the financial markets, and six years of involvement in real estate, Ted has developed a strong understanding of entrepreneurship, discipline, and economic opportunity.
His journey has also included significant life challenges that provided him with valuable real-world perspective and personal growth. These experiences shaped his passion for mentorship and his commitment to helping young people recognize their potential, make positive choices, and build pathways toward success.
Through the International Youth Initiative, Ted works to equip youth with the knowledge, confidence, and guidance needed to become leaders in their communities.
