International Youth Initiative wants customers to be satisfied with their merchandise purchases.

Merchandise returns

Eligible T-shirts may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Unused

• In its original condition

• Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations

Customers must contact International Youth Initiative before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was sent

• The wrong size was sent

• The item arrived damaged or defective

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from an error by International Youth Initiative.

International Youth Initiative is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Customers should report damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise within 7 days after delivery. Please include the customer’s name, order information, a description of the problem, and photographs when available.

When International Youth Initiative confirms that an item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement size is unavailable, the customer may receive a refund for the eligible returned item.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on the customer’s bank or card provider.

Donations

Donations made to International Youth Initiative are generally final and non-refundable. Requests involving accidental or duplicate donations will be reviewed individually. A refund is not guaranteed after donated funds have been used or distributed for organizational purposes.
